Crawley Parkour CIC is a not for profit coaching organisation who own and run the only purpose built facility in Sussex and Surrey, Traversal.

Our mission is to teach safe, effective and fun classes to everyone from the age 4 years and up. We also run weightlifting classes to help athletes grow strong and prevent injuries in the sport of parkour and free running.
