PARKOUR SESSIONS FAQ

Whether it’s your first time attending sessions with us, or the 100th time, we understand questions may pop up! We’ve put together our most asked questions into the boxes below to help you get ready for your next session at Traversal.

  • Our cancellation policy is very generous compared to other sports clubs. Our cancellation policy is 8 hours, meaning you have up to 8 hours before your session starts to cancel to get a full refund. Any cancellations after that time won’t be refunded or exchanged for another session.

  • Of course! We offer classes for all ages an abilities! There is no age limit on parkour! We run classes from the age of 3, all the way to adulthood! There’s something for everyone at Crawley Parkour!

  • Sadly not. We ask everyone to book onto their classes before they turn up. This is so you can sign the relevant waiver and supply any medical information that we might need to know about. If you aren’t booked onto the session and you turn up, we cannot let you participate.

  • We recommend wearing clothing you feel comfortable moving around in, and a comfortable pair of shoes. We recommend shoes with a rubber sole, and try to avoid foam soled shoes if you can. Rubber gives you more grip!

We don’t have water bottles on site, so we recommend bringing a water bottle with you. You can fill your water bottle up if you run out during your session!

  • We have a seating area at the front of the facility where parents are welcome to sit. Space is very limited, and we ask parents to stay out of the parkour zone when sessions are running. We also ask parents to stay out of the weigh-lifting area during sessions too.

  • We do! Our birthday party information can be found here.

Currently, coaches Drew, Josh, and Callun are available for private sessions.

  • Our class packs are valid for 6 months after purchasing. If all 10 sessions are not used within that 6 month period, then they will be lost.

We are unfortunately unable to extend the deadline of class packs.
